Cheating

After 2 1/2 days of not smoking, I had a cheat this morning.
A part of me is glad I did it because it was FAR from pleasant for me.
I took 3 puffs...The first puff tasted like I had licked an ashtray. The 2nd puff made be terribly dizzy & the the third puff gave me an awful headache.
I look at this as being confirmation for not being able to go back.
